David Guest joined the Brighton office in January 1989. He is now the office's senior partner and also has responsibility for training and technical matters.
David qualified with a medium sized London firm in June 1986 before joining UHY Hacker Young as Audit Partner.
During his 19 years in general practice, he has been involved with a number of special cases, including:
- Raising finance
- Business valuations
- Consequential loss cases
- Acting as an expert witness
- Advising on buying and selling businesses
- Tax planning
- Specialist audit assignments
David is also an integral member and Chairman of the UHY Hacker Young Hotel and Restaurant Sector Group.
David's wife Fiona was a Senior Buyer with The John Lewis Group before leaving to become a housewife looking after their three children.
